Shipping & Handling -Handling Fee: Customers who want to use their own shipping account (UPS Only) will be charged a $5 handling fee, adjusted offline. -All refused orders will be subject to a handling charge of $5.00 plus freight charges. -We do not accept COD. -Sicon Trading Inc. (DBA Inkpool Inc.) must be notified within 3 days after receipt of all damaged goods, shortages or discrepancies with the shipment. -We ship via US Mail or UPS for packages weighting 3 lbs or less. -We ship via UPS ground for packages weighting 3 lbs or more. -US Mail takes an average 3-5 business days. -UPS Ground takes an average 2-6 business days. -For Hawaii, Alaska, or APO Addresses, please contact us at 909-595-2131 for shipping cost.
